Unlike many other businesses that may handle only the supply or installation of fireplaces, we provide an all-inclusive service. Here’s how it works:

Tell us what you're looking for
Fill in our quick online enquiry form with the details of the fireplace, stove or media wall you're interested in.
Upload images of the wall where you want your fireplace to go and any images of the front of your house or chimney stack can be helpful.
And if you've seen any inspiration or designs you like, include those too.
Our team will review your information in detail and put together a personalised quote based on your photos, your design and all the information you provided.

Assess and estimate

Showroom consultation and site visit
First, we'll book you in for a free consultation where you’ll come down to the showroom. We’ll then book you out for a site visit to double check the measurements and finalise the design.
Once you're happy with your final quote, we can book you in for your fitting date. From there we’ll guide you through every step of your fireplace journey until your project is complete.

Gas Safe recommend that you get your gas fire serviced yearly to avoid faults and increase the life of your fire. At Canterbury Fireplaces we have dedicated service engineers who can visit your property and service your fire.
