This installation was completed in the Beardwood area of Blackburn.  When the customer called into the showroom, they told us they would like to create a feature in their room, but weren’t clear on the details.  A look around the showroom, and a conversation with our knowledgeable staff, gave them the inspiration they needed.  Realising that we not only have a full installation service, but can also carry out the necessary building works to create a false chimney breast with TV recess, meant we were able to create the perfect feature and solve the problem of where to put the TV.  A site survey followed, with one of our engineers discussing the specifications and giving careful consideration to the room and television size. A detailed drawing was made in order to show the customer what the final feature would look like.  Following the customer’s order, we were able to liaise with their electrician to ensure everything would run to plan.

The building work and installation was completed within just two days, including rubbish removal and tidying.  After explaining how to use the fire, the customers were left delighted with their new feature fireplace.
